Audit /Graphic design

Too much blue tones which are very simple for talking about the sea.
Fonts are in capital letter, badly put on the foreground with the use of the same tone for the font and the background.
The body image background block the visibility of the website.
Glossy buttons are no longer relevant .
Margins are too large and not adapted to the current displays.

Audit /Hierarchy

A complex logo not well placed.
The ticketing is not put on the foreground.
The different languages buttons are too big.
Questionable « Rolex » add.

There are also homogeneity and architecture issues.
The images have not the same graphic identity.
Big cognitive load because of the 3 headers.

Audit /Content

Articles are too long and not well presented.
Imageless articles.
Article commentaries are not moderate.
Contains can be viewed only via the footer or on the right of pages.

Moodboard

To define where we want to go, we made moodboard for the tones, the UI, the concurrence to know where we are going to.

Personas

To redesign the website we needed to know who is coming to the MOM and when they are coming.
